Refunds

Sparkles Bath products are made in small batches and custom to order, so we cannot offer you a return or exchange.  All sales are final.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.  

Sparkles Bath does not offer refunds or exchanges for any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken.  In such cases, please send a photo of the damaged items to cctechnology1515@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you.  We may ask you to send us the broken item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
